It can only be found in Kelapa Gading!!! Yeah, rainy days are coming... Heavy rain makes the water stuck then welcome flood!!!! Many people asked me why I still want to live in Kelapa Gading even though it's the 'paradise' of the flood? Well, my answer is, because my home sweet home. No matter what happens out there, I feel the most comfortable in Kelapa Gading.

Let's discover other great things we can find in Kelapa Gading. Most of the Jakartanians hate the most is about the traffic jam. Yeah, Jakarta is the city of traffic jam. But guess what??? Kelapa Gading located on the north of Jakarta but not too north. It's near to Center of Jakarta. Most of the people in Jakarta live at the South Jakarta and work at the Center or North or West Jakarta. So, those who live in Kelapa Gading will not experience that kind of suck traffic jam because we have an apposite rise hour route. When people are heading to Kelapa Gading, we're heading to Center of Jakarta or South Jakarta. Even if you have to work in North Jakarta, such as Priok, you will not experience the worst traffic jam too, coz the traffic jam spot were at Cawang or Free way.

The second reason I love to live in Kelapa Gading is because it famous of the heaven of food and entertainment. Kelapa Gading is just like town in a big Jakarta City. You have totally EVERY THING in Kelapa Gading. All food can be found there. Entertainment? Well, we have Blitz Megaplex which price is cheaper than the other Blitz Megaplex. We have 4 (FOUR) XXI Cineplex. We have live music at La Piazza. We have (as I know, maybe more) 2 bowling alley located at MAG and MKG. We have the biggest basket ball indoor. We have National, National Plus, and International School. We have traditional market. We have Police Office, Post Office, publick swimming pool in certain hours. We have 24 hours food and entertainment @ La Piazza. We have Fitness club, many choices of English courses. We have Mall Kelapa Gading 1-5, La Piazza, Mall Artha Gading, Kelapa Gading Sports Mall, and Mall of Indonesia. We have short access to free way. We even also have flood season! LOL!

So what else could you ask about the reason why I still love to stay in Kelapa Gading even some times flood comes over us?

Talking about the flood, there is a unique sight when the flood season is coming. When the heavy rainy days come and the water has crossed the line, most of the people live in Kelapa Gading will safe their car to the higher place. The higher place is in every inter section bridge you can find along Kelapa Gading housing road. So, when this moment is coming, then you will see all the intersection is full of cars! Picture below is not too clear, but approximately,it looks like that.

If the worse flood has come, many of them who can reach Mall Kelapa Gading, will park their car on the parking building. The parking building is open for public for days. Even the mall is still open when the flood covers Kelapa Gading. And you will find an interesting social interaction among Kelapa Gading people to face these days. It's very touchy and pure.
